Pleasant Ridge – Beloved husband of Wanda F. Meadows nee Davidson for 53 years. Devoted father of Herschell Ray Meadows and Gaile Berrier nee Meadows. Cherished grandfather of Chasity Noth nee Berrier, Jeremy Meadows, and Timmy Meadows. Loving great-grandfather of Laela Berrier, Bailey Noth, and Zane Noth. Dear brother of Pauline Lay, Betty Reams, Rich Meadows, the late Faye Weaver, the late Jim Meadows, and the late Joe Braden. Billy passed away at his residence on November 5, 2018 at the age of 77 years. He was a Deacon at Bethlehem United Baptist Church. Army Reserve Veteran. Visitation will be held on Friday November 9th from 11 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 1 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.
