Colerain Twp. - Dorothy ”Dot / MeeMaw” Babel. Beloved wife of the late Jack F. Babel for 53 years. Devoted mother of the late Lynndel (Jean) Black, Bev Brackett, and Sandy (Dave) Brackett. Cherished grandmother of Tina, Anita, Tommy (June), Kim (Brent), Mandy (Jason), Scotty (Melissa), Sarah, Mimi, Taffy (Trevin), Holly, and Becky (Brett). Loving great-grandmother of Talana, Siarra, Bryanna, Alyssa, Desiree, Tyler, Kendra, Kiera, Aubry, Riley, Kalli, Kyan, Karli, Tiffany, Tara, Kayla, Kylee, Noah, Kayden, Kamren. Dear sister of the late Sterlie Black, Joe (Pat) Black, the late Dorvis Woodley, and the late Thelma Davis. Also survived by 7 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Dorothy passed away on October 5, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10th from 11 AM until time of the Funeral Service at 1 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Interment at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made to VITAS Hospice and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
