Ellen Hempelmann. Beloved Wife to the late Paul Wigger. Cherished sister to Holly Hempelmann and Rick Hempelmann. Preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lorene Hempelmann. Ellen passed away April 13, 2018 at the age of 65. Services will be private. Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
