Norman R. “Jack”- Beloved husband of Bertha Neely (nee Bigony) for 66 years. Devoted father to the late Norman D. Neely, late Pamela Witte and the late Daniel Neely. Cherished grandfather of Shawn Witte and Danielle Witte (Nick) Dauk. Dear brother of Ralph, Louise, Phyllis, Margie, Robert, Charles and Joy. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephew. Jack passed away January 3, 2018 at the age of 86. A lifelong member of Hoffner Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 8th from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:45pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.Interment at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
