SMITH, Robert H., beloved husband of Teenie Smith (Andrew). Adoring father of Robert A. (Dora) Smith, Cynthia (Jim) Kist, and Melanie (Scott) Clayton. Grandfather of Emily (Adam) Bryant, Katie Smith, Tim (Mary) Kist, Danny Kist, Kelly (Curtis) Rouse, Phillip Clayton, Angie Miller Clayton. Great grandfather of 10. Also survived by his sisters, Betty Christopher and Joyce (Fred) Click and a brother, John L. (Sue) Smith. Preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Lou Smith, a sister, Judith Imhoff, and brother in law, Claud Christopher, and a nephew, Rob Imhoff. Passed away on September 8, 2018 at the age of 86. A graduate of Stewart High School in Oxford, Ohio, served in the US Airforce as a Staff  Sergeant from 1951 to 1955 and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Married Teenie Andrew on April 10, 1954. Retired from Miami University as Director of Technical Services in 1983. President of the Hamilton-Middletown Beagle Club and President of the Stewart High School Grand Reunion. A visitation will take place at the Ogle and Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, Ohio 45056 on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 11 am until 1 pm. A funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Interment at Oxford Cemetery.
