Hamilton, OH – Tammy D. Smith. Beloved wife of Sheldon K. Smith for 15 years. Beloved daughter of Lynn Dale Alley, Sr. & the late Charlotte Rose Alley. Devoted mother of Jessica (Dereck) Titley. Loving sister of the late Irvin(Doloris) Holderbaugh, Rita (Ronald) Duncan, Charles (Karen) Holderbaugh, the late Leroy Holderbaugh, and Lynn (Teresa) Alley, Jr.. Tammy passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 49 years. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 8th at 6:30 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5921 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, OH 45247. Memorial donations can be made in Tammy’s memory to Trinity Lutheran Church, 5921 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, OH 45247. Paul R. Young Funeral Home (Hamilton, OH) assisting the family.
