Jerry Dale Sergent was born in Hamilton, Ohio to Sandra (nee Fee) and Jerry Sergeant On August 31, 1964. He is survived by his sons Jason (Erica) Sergent, Jake (Andrea) Sergent, Cody Sergent, Zach Sergent; his father Jerry (Anna Gae Moore) Sergent; brother James (Tracie) Sergent; granddaughter Leah, Millie and Ella; nephews and great nephews Johnathan ((Christine) Colin, Jaxon, Jetson Sergent and Justin (Devan) Sergent; and preceded in death by his mother. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him and loved him. Services for Jerry will be held privately by the family.
