Paul Sr. (1921-2013) and his wife Marian (Mack) Young founded the Paul R. Young Funeral Home in 1947 in Mt. Healthy, Ohio. Paul Sr. and Marian both grew up in Dunlap, Ohio, and graduated from Colerain High School. Paul Sr. graduated from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1942 and studied wax sculpture under Bernard Tussaud in London, England, after serving as a medic in WWII. He later taught Restorative Art at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Paul Sr. and Marian have two children, Paul R. Young Jr. and Beverly J. Young.

Beverly grew up in Mt. Healthy, graduated from Mt. Healthy High School and attended Ozark Christian College. She is pleased to carry out the vision of her mother, Marian Young, and serve families in the greater Cincinnati area the way that her father, Paul R. Young Sr., would have wanted. Beverly has a history of volunteer work with seniors and nursing homes, and she is on the Board of the Directors of the Mt. Healthy Christian Village.

Harry Ogle, a long-time resident of Darrtown, is originally from the town of North Manchester, Indiana. Harry was a member of the United States Air Force and he attended Wittenberg University. He worked in the Oxford banking industry for many years before becoming a funeral director and owner in 1983 at what is now Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Oxford. Harry was named the Oxford Citizen of the Year, is a member of the Darrtown United Methodist Church, and is a member of the Darrtown Stock Protection.

Juan grew up in North College Hill and attended St. Margaret Mary school as a child, then graduated from St. Xavier High School. He attended Thomas More College in Kentucky and later graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Juan has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area as a funeral director for over a decade.

Robert is originally from the Greater Cincinnati area but has recently relocated to Oxford. He's quickly embraced his new community as home and has enjoyed getting to know his new neighbors. His servant's heart led him to serve in the United States Military, and now he serves families in need as a Funeral Director.
Kim grew up in the Oxford area and graduated from Talawanda High School. She received her bachelor's and Master's degrees from Miami University and currently is completing her dissertation for her Doctorate in Gerontology. She also graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and received a certificate in Thanatology from Hood College. Kim has been in the funeral business and associated with the funeral home in Oxford for over ten years and likes to help people through a very difficult time of their life. Kim is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Bob is an esteemed funeral director who has served many families and funeral homes in the Greater Cincinnati area. His compassion and kindness is a blessing for grieving families who are seeking the warmth and professional guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable director.
Brian was born in Detroit, grew up in the Northern Ohio town of Genoa, and graduated from Genoa Area High School. He received his BA in Biology from University of Toledo and continued his education at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1993. Brian has been a funeral director for over twenty years and loves that every family he serves is different, therefore each family is a different experience. Brian also recently began pursuing his degree to become and RN. He resides with his family in Madeira where they belong to Knox Presbyterian Church where he's served as deacon and elder. He is a member and past president of the Mariemont Kiwanis, current member and past president of the Greater Cincinnati Funeral Service Association, founding officer for the Madeira Colts Youth Football, and proud coach for local youth soccer, football, basketball, and baseball.

Terry is a native of Cincinnati and now lives in Oxford. She graduated from Seton High School and she attended Northern Kentucky University. She's been in the funeral industry for almost twenty years and joined the Oxford funeral home in 2010. She enjoys managing the details of the office and working with the families.

Helen is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. Growing up in the Bridgetwon area, she graduated from Mother of Mercy High School and attended the College of Mt. St. Joseph, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management. Helen is a Licensed Ohio Funeral Director who has been in the funeral business since 1981. Being a stickler for detail, the majority of her time is spent taking care of the paperwork involved with funerals. Helen has three step-children and is the very proud grandmother of seven. She and her husband, Jerry, live in Ross Township and are active members of Venice Presbyterian Church.

Deb grew up on the East Coast but now calls Mason her home. She is a 2012 graduate of Wilmington College in Liberal Studies. Deb enjoys serving the families of Paul R. Young Funeral Home.

Jacob grew up in the Ross area, graduated from Cincinnati Christian School in Fairfield, and attended Miami University. He enjoys working with and proudly promoting the Colerain Cardinals Football team, the alma mater and team of his grandfather. He is honored to serve in the business that his grandparents started over sixty-five years ago.

Rodney grew up in the Ross area and attended Ross High School. He specializes in technology and studied at Miami University. His many skills allow him to wear many hats at the funeral home. He currently resides in Oakley.

Timothy grew up in the Hamilton area and graduated from Cincinnati Christian Schools. Recently married, he resides in Loveland with his new wife, Julia. Tim's artistry, skills, and compassion for families allow him to serve in various capacities at the funeral home.
Steve grew up in Darrtown, graduated from Talawanda High School, and attended Miami University. Steve has been with the business for over thirty years. He loves working with his fellow employees, with families, and with the members of the community. Steve is a member of the Darrtown Stock Protection.

Dale and his wife have been long time resident of western Cincinnati. He attended the Ohio State University and played football for the Buckeyes. Dale has worked with the funeral home for several years and is currently a resident of North College Hill.
Cyrus grew up in the Oxford area and played basketball for Talawanda. He lives in Oxford and is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree at
Summer is from the Hamilton area and the Paul R. Young Funeral Home family nearly two years ago. Currently a Miami student, Summer plans to attend the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science to pursue a career as a funeral director and embalmer.
Bryce grew up in the Colerain area and played football for the Colerain
High School Cardinals. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree at Ohio State University.
Garrett grew up in the Colerain area and played football for the Colerain High School Cardinals. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree at University of Cincinnati.
Ramah recently moved to Cincinnati to study at Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. She grew up in Richmond, Kentucky and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. Ramah previously worked at Hospice in Kentucky, caring for families going through end of life issues. She is in her first year at CCMS and plans to return to her hometown when she graduates to assist friends and families there as a licensed funeral director.
Caretaker / Events Specialist
Sue grew up in Mt. Healthy and is a graduate of Mt. Healthy High School. After serving in the United States Navy, she and her husband, Jim, eventually found their way to the Ross area where they raised their family. Sue worked in the Ross Local School District for many years and is a longtime member of the Ross Bible Chapel.
Ray is a resident of Cincinnati and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. He has worked in the financial industry for over thirty-five years and has been with the funeral home in Mt. Healthy since 2014. Ray has a long history of volunteer work and currently serves with the Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati. He loves serving Christ, serving his family, and serving his clients.
Stephanie is a resident of Anderson and has a Master's degree in accounting. She has been working with the funeral home since spring of 2014.

Sarah grew up in the Greater Cincinnati area and later graduated from Taylor University. She loves to see the positive influence that a small family business can have within a community.
